CodePair.ai (“CodePair.ai”, “we”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide when you contact us.
1. What we collect and why

We process personal information only as needed to respond to your request, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing. Please do not include sensitive information, such as national ID numbers or health details, or other people’s personal information in your message.
This website does not use cookies or visitor analytics. When you visit the site or submit the form, your IP address, time of access, and browser information may be recorded automatically in the server logs of our hosting and form delivery services. These records are used to operate the service and block spam.
2. Retention
We keep personal information for one year after the consultation ends and then delete it without delay. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we will. Where the law requires a longer period, we keep it for that period.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties. If we need to pass your message or contact details to a specialist as part of an introduction, we ask for your consent first. Disclosure required by law is the exception.
4. Service providers and overseas transfer
We use the following providers to run this service. Your personal information is processed on their servers.
- Web3Creative (Web3Forms, India): delivers form submissions to us by email. The items transferred are your name, email address, message, and IP address. They are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you submit the form and may be processed in India and in the countries where the provider’s cloud infrastructure (such as Amazon Web Services) is located. Your IP address and email address may be checked by the provider’s spam prevention services. We delete the submission records kept in this service once the retention period above has passed.
- Whois Corp. (Whoisworks, Republic of Korea): operates our email service. Inquiry emails are stored in this mailbox.
- Railway Corporation (United States): hosts this website. Access logs (IP address, time of access, browser information) may be processed.
If you prefer that your information is not transferred overseas, please email us at info@codepair.ai instead of using the form.
5. Deletion
When the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, we delete personal information from our mailbox and from the form delivery service’s records in a way that cannot be recovered.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing, at any time. Email info@codepair.ai and, after confirming your identity, we will act without delay (within 10 days).
7. Security measures
We limit access to personal information to the minimum number of people, manage account credentials securely, and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website and for form submissions.
